Microsoft 365 user security/Identity and Access Management (IAM) is done via the often underutilized Azure Active Directory. AAD has a many features that easily and cost effectively help increase Cloud Security, one of the best features is PIM (Privileged Identity Management) but its not often used from our experiences.
